The two dirty chairs and filthy carpet were unsettling enough, but the weak door lock left me feeling vulnerable. A desperate trip to a vending machine for snacks was the cherry on this unfortunate cake.

I had a decent stay during my day tour at the essence express. The reliable wi-fi, and the overall cleanliness was a pleasant surprise compared to my last experience in elizabeth. The comfortable atmosphere really exceeded my expectations and allowed me to unwind before continuing my journey.

The door lock felt insecure, leaving me uncomfortable, especially when venturing out at night. The price point of $88 felt like a stretch for the quality received. I hope they address these cleanliness issues and maintenance needs to improve for future guests.
